WOMEX time again
Lady J and I are in Sevilla, Spain, to hang out WOMEX 2006. It’s a good observation point to check out what’s going on in the (mostly European) folk and world scene. It’s also a place where you bump into a lot of friends from all over: just in the first two hours we have met with Omnium’s Drew Miller, Andres Solano and José Luis Cruz from the Ollin Kan festival in Mexico City, Mark from Sing Out! magazine, Stefania and Aldo from Suoni e Armonie… tomorrow it will be time to make new friends too. Now we are off to the opening event!
